App doesn’t work
I downloaded the app so I can track progress & do real-time updates for my work’s wellness incentive program. I can’t even log in because it doesn’t recognize my workplace url. I receive and alert “object 1 object.” Huge disappointment.
Filled with issues, terrible company.
This app is awful. It’s filled with bugs, the company is terrible to deal with. They won’t tell you there are any issues with your account unless you contact them! Have fun when your workplaces chooses to use them. So happy these buffoons have access to my personal information.
It’s ok.
Not a very user friendly app. It’s too difficult to find what you’re looking for. I wish you could pair the iPhone or Apple Watch to this program.
Worst App
This is some third quality app. When i enter company url it gives me a alert saying object 1 object. Some programming alert. Their website isn’t that good either.!! Dont download and save some space on you device even its 10kb. Not worth it..!!
Good but could be better
The reason why it’s a 3 star is because there’s a lot of bugs right now with the app.
Catch up while I was on the app I was kicked out 3 times and had to re-login. That was when I was using the app.
I shouldn’t have to re-login every 5-10minutes.
The only highlight of this whole thing is that there’s an app now and it’s easier for me to use. There’s just a few glitches and bugs but I’ll get by and if you could fix them for everyone that would be great.
Also I’m not sure if the App can sync with the Apple health app. It’s kind of confusing for me.
I just thought of something for the login. Maybe you should make it a 30 day login so people don’t have to wait or re-login for 30 days it would make it more convenient for everyone. Especially if you have a busy family or schedule. That’s what most of my other apps doing these days.
