Doesn’t work
Is this app even supported anymore? Password doesn’t work (it’s for sure correct)… can’t reset it, emails don’t work. Just a POS in general.
Worst app ever
It logged me out, refuses to send me a password reset link. The app also loads slow, filled with ads, and is very clunky. Its designed like someone in early 2000s would make a website if they had no clue what they were doing

Now unusable!
After the update, it refuses to let me login. Thinking the password may need resetting, I’ve requested an email with the reset link MULTIPLE TIMES, still waiting on that email. Worthless POS!
Terrible update!!!
Player’s card doesn’t stay linked and I can no longer sign up for games. Despite linking my card multiple times and getting a confirmation each time, when try to sign up for a game I get the same message “You must link your card before signing up”. On top of it, instead of signing up for multiple games at once, as before, you now can only sign up for one game at a time and it takes 30 sec between each one for the page to reload so you can sign up for next game.
Most developers make updates to improve an app, congratulations to making this app twice as bad as it was. Do you guys even test these “updates” before rolling them out? The app is now even more frustrating and unusable than before. 👏👏👏👏👏

Full of bugs
Very buggy app. The features hardly ever work. You have to constantly add your players card to the app multiple times and it still doesn’t take the info. It’s been like this for years, you would think by now they’d figure it out.

The new update went from making this a 2* app to a -5* app. I don’t know how you guys made it even less functional than before, but truly BRAVO to you!
Attempting to sign up for the same waitlist I’ve been signing up on for years prompts me to input my player card info, which was a common theme before the update. What was NOT a common theme was for the information to say “accepted” and then upon attempting to sign up on the waitlist, the SAME “please enter player card information” screen to populate. No matter how many attempts to input the player card information, the result is the same. The app is now FULLY unusable. BRAVO!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Very unclear. I signed un for poker, but when I showed up, they didn’t have any record. Call the casino. Don’t use this app. It’s not reliable. At all.
