It gives an error without saying what it is During account registration. You can’t get any information and it’s maddening.

DO NOT USE THIS APP FOR BRAZIL VISA!
This app does not allow payments to be processed and as a result meant that because I started my application using the mobile app I could not then apply using online via desktop. Due to the technical shortcomings of this app my visa was there for not processed in time so I had to cancel my flight to Brazil which was very costly! Without a doubt the worst mobile app experience ever. If you need a visa just apply online at a desktop computer.

The whole e vida Brazilian application is a Failure . They should be ashamed of this garbage . So unprofessional
Good intentions, terrible execution.
Example of government entity with a good idea, hiring an incompetent private company to do its job. Application freezes on the payment page. Create profile to later having to create it again every time application freezes. Tried with iPhone X and iPhone 7 doesn’t work at all. Good intentions, terrible execution. I would give no stars if apple would allow me.

Bad app
Tried unsuccessfully, several times to apply for a visa. App kept freezing when I tried to get to payment page and would not let me proceed any further. Phone support were unable to resolve my issue and every time I called them they just told me to do the same thing over and over without acknowledging my previous attempts at their suggested solution.

Horrible
Filled everything out and uploaded photos then checked the box and submitted. Indicates no profile created and now won’t let me login on my computer due to using the mobile app originally. Just go on your computer - this is a mess!
App still needs a lot more work
It took several try’s for me to upload my documents. Once I got past that step it was time to pay. I was never able to pay. Avoid the application until the update it and allow you to pay. I wasted a lot of time and still no visa application submission.
Not compatible for iOS...ANDROID ONLY!
Do not use this app! You can not reapply or try to make the pending payment on your computer once you have created a application on the app. A family member of mine tried to do it on this app and continuously got a frozen screen once attempting to put in payment information. I called the help desk and they informed me that the app only works for android right now. I did my visa last minute online on the website which took about 8 hours to complete because the site is very slow and frustrating. Luckily, mine went through and was approved within 24hrs.

DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP!!!
This app does not work. It will freeze at the payment screen. After that you will not be able to use the internet site to apply for a visa. You will be locked out. Your only recourse will be to attempt to talk to “help” at an Indian call center and they will lie to you and give you the run around for days on end. Bottom line is if you install and use this app to apply for a visa it won’t work and you will be locked out an unable to apply for a visa by any other means for at least a week.

Website is garbage and so is the app.
Constantly freezes. Extremely slow. Buttons don’t work. All around trash.

Such a poorly functioning and useless app. Even worse than the website. It freezes, crashes, doesn’t take you to the payment page so your application is stuck in limbo and you then have to call the useless helpline only for them to tell you to send an email that goes into the void. Frustrating the only way to apply for the Brazil e-visa is through a non-working app and non-working website.

I cannot log in to this app. I put in my username and password but it says “invalid username and password”. please fix this.
