Best app ever
The best part about this app is not only that it gets you moving but when you wake up your apps are completely locked - you’ve taken no steps. This removes the mindless scrolling to start your day and gets you out of bed that much quicker! I am obsessed and have recommended it to so many friends!

Exactly what I needed
This app genuinely changed my daily routine in a simple yet powerful way. Sometimes I don’t even realize how much time I spend on my phone especially with socials and brb has made me way more intentional with how I structure my day. Instead of scrolling first thing in the morning, I’m moving, getting outside and actually feeling productive.

How am I just discovering this now?? Smartest idea. I get my 10k steps in before I start my day (including doomscrolling)…it’s been three weeks and I’m already way more productive at work and my mental health feels stronger because brb helps me prioritize my movement.
