Clean Interface
I’ve been using this app for 5 years and it’s very easy to use and is ad free. Amazing bit of software for any baker and cook who wants to save their recipes.
Simple and perfect
I save all sorts of recipes in the Bread Book app for easy access. I primarily cook by weight now and convert many recipes from cups to grams, etc. In addition to many bread recipes, I track basic sauces, french press coffee, waffles, and pasta dough recipes. I cook for a family of 6, so depending on who is home for dinner or how much bread to make, I can easily scale the recipes.

Multi flour Bread
For single flour bread increasing or decreasing the recipe size is very easy. HOWEVER, if the total flour is made up of 80% white and 20 percent whole wheat, I have found no way to get a bakers percentage/correct hydration based on the two flours being 100%.
There is also a limitation on how much the increase (and decrease) can be from the original.
