Lacks basic calculations
The calculations are not helpful and don’t provide information required to make loaves of bread. Example: making 6 loaves at 800g each with 3 flours at 50%, 25%, 25%, by weight at 60% hydration. One should be able to enter the number of loaves, weight and hydration and it calculates the ratios of total flours and water. This app doesn’t do this. In this example the total weight of flour and water, excluding all other ingredients should be 4800g (6x800). You will have to do your own calculations to get the correct ratios of flours and water.
Yes, you can do the initial flour calculations and get it to give the total water needed for a specific hydration yet you will have to divide the total flour by the percentages of different flours and enter them individually.
