About

BreadMap — a crowdsourced map of Korea's neighborhood bakeries, drawn together One star rating for a whole shop tells you nothing. BreadMap answers the question that matters: "how is THIS bakery's salt bread?" — with reviews for each individual bread. Find nearby bakeries on a live map, log the breads you eat, and pick your next stop from verified reviews by fellow bread lovers. Made for • Travelers and expats in Korea hunting for genuinely good local bakeries • Bread enthusiasts who chase one thing — salt bread, croissants, red-bean buns • Anyone who prefers neighborhood bakeries over franchise chains • People who want their bread journey recorded on a map Key features 1. Live bakery map Bakery pins appear on a Naver map with category icons. Filter by salt bread, red-bean bun, croissant, loaf, or donut, and jump to your surroundings with the locate button. 2. Per-bread reviews and ratings Not "this bakery is 4.5" but "their salt bread is 5, the croissant is 3". Every bread accumulates its own price, rating, and short reviews — exactly what you need when choosing from the shelf. 3. Receipt-verified trust model Reviews backed by a real purchase carry a verified badge. Helpful/unhelpful votes and reporting push genuine reviews up and let promotional noise sink. 4. Contributor grades and follows Registering bakeries, writing reviews, and verified activity raise your contributor grade. Follow trusted reviewers and turn their finds into your next bakery tour. 5. A map everyone draws together Found a bakery that isn't on the map yet? The register wizard puts it on the map in about a minute. Every entry grows the nationwide bread map. 6. Wishlist and top-rated lists Save bakeries you want to visit and browse rated bakeries and breads to decide where to go today. Light and safe • An account is required to get started (Google, Apple, or email) • Your logs, wishlist, follows, and contributor grade stay tied to your account • You can delete your account from Settings at any time, and your data goes with it Open the map and put your neighborhood's first bakery on it. ※ Bakery data and reviews are community-contributed and may differ from actual store information. The app's interface is currently in Korean.
