Gary Bee brought me here. 🫐🍷🍯

Misleading

I have used this app for about a year. I really liked it but it slowly started leaning more and more LEFT as time went on. The “main stories” that are supposed to be in the middle, have gone far left. I even fact checked 25 stories and ChatGPT confirmed they all leaned 70% left in average. Quite disappointed. Someone must have influenced them ($), because the app was not like this before. Always be careful what you consume! Even established apps like this will promise you one thing, but deceive you.

Response from developer

So glad to hear BTW has been useful for you this past year! Our source selection hasn’t changed; we continue to aim for a balanced mix of perspectives at all times. Sometimes one side naturally has more to say on a story, but that’s just the ebb and flow of the news. Rest assured, we’re not “influenced” in any way, and we hope this gives you confidence to keep enjoying the app!

Refresh much?

Top 10 stories seem to never change. There is no such thing as a 24 hour news cycle in which the top 10 headlines are static, frozen in time. This app is another example of a good idea that was poorly executed.

Horrible

Horrible UI and no settings to make it look normal. Deleted immediately.
