Breakaway heard the customers concerns and spent the time to fix bugs and make the user experience 10x better. Looking forward to interacting with the app in Minneapolis and NYC this summer
Great app
Loved using this at the last breakaway I went to. Was great for all maps and line ups along with offering us side quests to get perks and free merch. More festivals need to do apps like this.
Still not ready for use :(
Been to three breakaway’s since the app released and it still isn’t thst functional… please update it and debug almost everything. I’d love to be able to add my tickets and properly complete sidequests! The design of the app is great, there’s just no functionality.
Does not work
App does not work at all. Landing page runs into errors and the rest of the app feels clunky and slow
Not ready for public use
It’s frustrating that two Breakaway festivals in and the app still has so many glaring issues. You can’t add a phone number after sign-up, which means you can’t do side quests or earn rewards. Adding already purchased tickets does not work. The 1.0.2 update removed Liquid Glass for some reason so the bottom navigation is hard to differentiate from elements behind it. The schedule seems to work fine though and hopefully the map shows up closer to my specific fest.

Side Quest Bug
I like the app and the concept a lot, but there are many side quests I’m simply unable to submit because the submit button is being covered by the menu options. No matter what I try, sometimes I can’t submit so I just give up and lose out on points. Love breakaway though
Super glitchy
In the redeem and earn tabs to spend and earn points the app is constantly trying to reload itself endlessly cannot claim or do anything on those screens. I also bout 3 tickets and only one appears in app
Nothing works
Literally the only thing that seems to work is the schedule. I can’t import tickets, there’s no map, I can’t check rewards or do these “side quests” I get notifications for. Why make an app if it’s not going to work. I’ve deleted and redownloaded, signed out and back in using phone and email. Horrible execution.
