We’re sorry you feel that way. The app is way more than just immediate access. It’s support for a journey. 2-1-1 is a free support organization, that is always there to help. BBTX provides lots of other development opportunities and support to those that are looking to drive change in their life. We have free and low-cost entertainment, recipes that feed a family of 4-6 under $12, employment support, free classes, etc all by location. We do our best to provide all of this at an affordable cost, and with the free trial, anyone has immediate access to help. This is also a tool for Professionals to provide immediate and discrete information to people they serve. Hope this helps you find the sincere effort we are making to help others.
