Just as predatory as any other prop firm
I’d just like to point out that Breakout markets itself as a different kind of prop firm, but in practice that difference seems to begin and end with on time payouts.
If you breach the daily loss limit, your account is closed and you forfeit any profit you haven’t already withdrawn. For example, you could be sitting on $100k in profit, but Breakout will keep it all.
Under new management they also removed insurance options which is intentionally predatory.
The reality of trading with Breakout doesn’t match the way it portrays itself.

I don’t care breakout is really good no bs they are starting integrate lots of good features and are really good.

App login needs to be improved. Occasionally get an error where it says I do not have internet connection even though I do. Been going on for over a year now at least. Iphone 14
Horrible App. Decent Website.
This app hardly loads. I can’t adjust my stop loss or take profit on the app without backing out of the chart and adjusting the numbers. I’d really like to be able to adjust it on the chart instead in the app. Also, I can’t adjust the stop loss or take profit by dollar amount, that sucks too. I want to know how much I’d potentially make and potentially lose.
