Great but stopped working

I love this app but it stopped working for me, my husband has a linked account and it also stopped working for him. The app will not update any entries and will only show entries from a week ago. I’m very disappointed because my baby is going through a fussy phase and I rely on this app to help keep track and organized during these times. I have premium and it’s not even working. There us no issue with my network connection and the app is up to date. I have sent messages to support with no response. I’m cancelling my subscription and downloading a new app.

Helpful

Really like this app definitely helps me with remembering which side to start feeding on. And like the graphs for weight gaining.
Only thing I would suggest is reminders for example in the sleeping part I forget to push baby is awake due to baby waking and being busy so I would forget. So maybe a alert asking is baby still asleep!

Simple and easy to use

Loving this app so far. Easy to track everything and adjust as needed. Love the hidden feature with sounds and noises.

Nothing is saving!

I paid $30 for this app and was counting on it to save my infant’s eating, sleeping and bowl movement logs. It was working fine until 2 days ago but since then, everything I’ve added, is gone! I’m so upset and was relying on this app to be reliable given the cost. I’ve sent customer support two messages and haven’t heard back. I would like a refund!

a LIFESAVER

started using it at the hospital and it made it SO MUCH EASIER to remember what breast i used last, how long, and it even alerts you after it’s exceeded 3hrs between feedings!! the diaper changing log is another lifesaver!!!! I COULDNT RECOMMEND ENOUGH!

So far so good! But it takes time to really understand

I’ve been using the app for almost 2month now! It takes like 1-2 weeks to get use to it! But I still feel that the app could be better! The problem with the small buttons to slecwt which breast you are feeding is kind of small, taking in consideration that probably the mom is alone and grabbing the baby and the phone, these buttons should be a little bit bigger !

Regardless the statistics! I believe is a great idea, but the graphs are not useful, for the amount of data that moms put in the app you would expect to receive some information, for example:
- how many naps a day the kid is doing, how long does it take, etc (based on the last x days)
- feeding: how many times a day, how long is taking. And based on that the app can actually say in case if the baby is cluster feeding!

This are just examples of the type of information.

Hope you can improve the app while I’m using it! If not hope it also happens for future moms.

Awesome app for parents!

I am a first time mom. I have a newborn and this app is very handy & helpful for me keeping up with my baby feedings and diaper changes, etc. Love that I found this app.

Not the best

Did the job but there are better apps out there. Most annoying is you can use half ounces just whole so it’s constantly innaccurate.

Almost perfect

Great app and easy to use. Just wish it allowed for 1/2 oz increments when logging food intake.
