About

Tap to Breathe is a small, offline mindfulness companion. Three research-grounded breathing patterns help you slow down, find your calm, and notice your breath. • Box Breathing — equal four-count breath, used by Navy SEALs to stay calm under pressure. • 4-7-8 Relax — Andrew Weil's long-exhale pattern, ideal before sleep. • Resonance Breath — five-and-a-half breaths per minute, balances heart rate variability. Each session is a few minutes. The breathing circle expands and contracts to guide your inhale, hold, and exhale. Haptic taps mark each second so you can keep your eyes closed. A single tap starts a session. No account, no score, no leaderboard, no ads, no analytics. Your session history lives only on your device. Reach for Tap to Breathe when the day feels too fast. Tap once, breathe with the circle, and feel your shoulders drop.
