About

Breathawear is a wellness app for building a more intentional breathing practice. FOLLOW A CLEAR VISUAL RHYTHM Choose from Steady, Coherent, Unwind, Box, and 4-7-8 patterns. Visual, haptic, and optional audio cues help you follow each phase. You decide when to begin, pause, resume, or end. EXPLORE A CLEARLY LABELED SIMULATION Start an app-generated rhythm and watch its waveform, phase, and estimated rate move on your phone. The simulator is demonstration data, not a physiological measurement. Its continuous waveform is not uploaded or added to cloud practice history; the staged reflection below keeps only its short demonstration segment on your iPhone. REFLECT WITHOUT INTERRUPTION The simulator briefly stages a faster generated rhythm. Only after that rhythm settles, a quiet badge on the bell offers one local reflection card that you can tag or skip. The highlighted segment is app-generated demonstration data, not measured breathing, and it remains on your iPhone. PRACTICE UNDER PRESSURE Try a 45-second Bet You Can't math or memory round by yourself or against Moss, a local software opponent. The practice challenge is unranked and unsaved, with no human matchmaking, wagers, prizes, or durable score. CHOOSE HOW YOU USE THE APP Continue as a guest for a local-only experience on this iPhone; the app keeps your 500 most recent completed guest practices on the device. If you create or sign in to an account, Breathawear can sync eligible guided-practice records so your signed-in history is available in the app and web dashboard. KNOW WHAT IS RECORDED For guided practice, Breathawear records the selected pattern, elapsed time, cycles presented by the guide, and guide pace. Those values describe the cues shown by the app; they are not measurements of your breathing. STAY IN CONTROL Use the app as a guest, sign out at any time, or permanently delete an account and its associated cloud data. This release does not request Bluetooth or Apple Health access and does not require external hardware. Breathawear supports wellness and breathing awareness. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Do not use Breathawear for emergencies or as a substitute for professional medical advice. Stop a breathing practice and seek appropriate help if you feel unwell.

See simulated breathing come alive with a smoother, more natural waveform. After a brief simulated pace change settles, a quiet bell lets you review the highlighted moment and optionally add a note. The menu also gives a clearer preview of Breathawear’s growing experience, with unavailable areas clearly marked. This update improves long-session stability and accessibility.
