Your page takes on the colour of the breath you choose, so the app looks like the thing you picked. Heart rate reaches your phone from your Apple Watch again. If you wore your watch during a session and saw nothing, try one now. Apple TV now reads the subscription you bought on your phone, so everything you pay for is there too. Making your own breath is one page with a live preview. Pick the pattern, the colours and the shape, and watch it change as you go. Twelve short soundscape samples are built in, so you can hear a place before you unlock it.
