I understand the complaints of some other people with the lack of explanation and agree an explanation could be added to the introduction of the app, however there’s a lot of information explaining the subject that is easily accessible out there. Stig explains “how” not “why” but through following along it’ll become self evident why you should do these exercises. I’ve been a long time fan of Stig and am grateful for him introducing me to the beautiful sport of free diving and I can’t think of a better way to start or end my day than by relaxing and breathing with Stig.
