Quick pay option
It’s great to have a quick pay option if you can’t access your account because of email and password were changed and it will not let me update anything but my phone number. That really sucks. I was told because the account is in my husband’s name that he would have to go to the office to update all the information. You guys to make it easy to do in the app as long as you can verify info.

Not Complete !
App has the option to use Face ID but each you try it, it says Error in fetching. This has been going on ever since this useless app has been created. Get this fixed and get with the times.
Cannot schedule payments
This app cannot schedule future payments; the feature has never worked. This app is useless and is just an inducement to call payments in via the phone. This is 1970 level technology. You should be ashamed.
Need help
It says I don’t have internet connection yet I’ve been using all my other apps

Easy to navigate through and you will be very glad how simple things are. Very fast to use also.
