Could Not Get App to Load Event

I was hopeful to use this app for an upcoming event for my organization. Since it had the best quality picture for the DSLR we are using, we paid for a subscription. Unfortunately, upon logging in and trying to launch an event, it would just get stuck on the loading screen. An expensive lesson. If the developer would like to reach out and try to assist me, I would appreciate it. If not, I would avoid using this app altogether and paying for the subscription altogether.
