Fireflies I play the games daily, especially Video Bingo. I like the puzzles that have been added to Bingo. It seems as though many of the issues have been resolved and customer service has definitely improved . The last 2 times I contacted them the issues were promptly resolved. It is still my favorite app.

Interesting got to level 10 with just a few moves left. I clicked on the cards & they just turned sideways. What is going on? Like a fool I bought coins & somehow 200 of them are missing & I don’t have any “helpers” that load at the bottom. Conveniently Not Working At Level 10
I have had coins purchased in Level 10 that don’t do anything other than take my coins. Now when I click on the tiles they turn counter clockwise and don’t move to the bottom. I’ve reset my phone and it’s not fixed. Is this just a scam to get you to pay up to Level 10 knowing that nobody can cash out?

Apparently you can withdraw cash after level 10. I dont get why people are not talking about that? The app has potential but way too many ads. You see one ad then play then another and the cycle continues. You try to purchase no ads and it takes forever for the app to process that you dont want ads. So a lot of times I have to cancel and restart the whole level. It’s not perfect it’s annoying in some aspects. Like when you are playing, all of a sudden your text box keeps popping up. Like what?

Freezes at level 10
The game says it you can’t withdraw until you pass level 10, but as soon as you get to level 10 the app freezes and you can’t even remove the pieces anymore. They just turn sideways. I literally just downloaded this game a few days ago and already it needed updating and I actually have been enjoying, but whats the point of getting to level 10 if I can’t play it. So until I can play level 10 and withdraw my earnings, this game is just like the rest of the “cash games” SCAMS‼️‼️
