Close to perfection…
First of all, I want to say that I really like the way this app cuts to the chase when you match with someone. I’ve already had success with it and have met people through the app because of this approach.
The only gripe I have (and I want to make it clear that this may simply come down to the app’s popularity) is that after using it for a year, the number of people I have to choose from seems to have decreased. I now often only have two matches to choose from per day, whereas it used to be more.
I recall that, at one point, the app showed people I had previously been shown, perhaps to give users a second thought about someone they had passed on. I think bringing something like that back would be a good way to increase the pool of potential matches without compromising the app’s straightforward approach.

Online they put soo much glamour on the app it’s a good idea but it does not work at all just a waste of time and money.
A great concept that does not work
Not one match received from the profiles sent through. Also very limited.
Good app
Great app for slow daters, responsible for in case something goes around as the app’s team organises the date and decides the venue for you, which is a good thing as they are looped in the date too. Customer service could be more swift and chat could be opened more days than just one day before the actual date. That’s just how I feel.

MONEY SCAM
Bought a token to go on a date, then decided to refund it. The app said it would take a couple days but never came through, asked customer service to which they responded they had refunded it, to which they hadnt :(. Still out of pocket to this day, dating side was alright tho i suppose.
Not impressed
Customer support hasn’t responded for 4 days, and they’ve hiked up their prices now too. I am going back to Hinge/other dating apps after a set of bad dates - without the option to talk upfront, you loose the opportunity to weed out the weirdos. At least my friend’s group got some laughs out of the dating stories.

Constant flakiness
If you thought this would help women not be flaky as hell and accountable, then you’ll wrong. Many cancel last minute, completely disrespectfully of your time. They also often put you in awful venues surrounded by other people on these dates and it’s weird. Support staff are condescending and belligerent.

This is a great app with a great idea,but dating pool is not very big, I also find annoying that it keep on showing me people I passed on all the time! Venue selection is also weird sometimes, but in general this is the best dating app I have ever used
Removal of Walk & Talk Dates
Living in a major city is expensive. I do not want to blow X amount of money on drinks for a low-stakes first date.
Funnelling daters to bars ‘for their safety’ isn’t a convincing reason - bars can be busy and overwhelming, drinks can be tampered with and they’re just not fun for everyone.
I’ve enjoyed using Breeze in the past, exclusively going on Walk & Talk dates. But this feels like a ploy to make Breeze more appealing to ‘partner’ bars.
I cannot use the app anymore, hence the one star review.

Only for people who drink
For some utterly invalid reason they have removed walk & talk option after it being in their app for ages. Now you have to meet dates in a place where drinks can be spiked, isn’t suitable for a large majority of people ( due to being sober or in recovery ) and the bars they send you too are ghastly and overpriced. You’ve lost me as a user and as I’m not unique I’m sure others will stop using the app.

Great app
Really good app and attracts a lot of intentional clients to it. I really struggle with chit chatting over text so it’s perfect for me. The only thing I don’t agree with is that women should pay the same amount as men for a date for heterosexual matches. It just feels like the woman is doing way more work that way. She probably naturally has to go on more dates as she selects an eligible bachelor. She needs to invest more in the date already in terms of her safety risk, looking nice etc. We don’t live in an equal world.

The places they set up for dates not appropriate - there is an option to change the location but to no surprise. IT DOES NOT WORK. Why is it even there? Customer service is terrible and slow as well.

Consumer friendly business model
This app is the only dating app that actually has incentive to put you on as many dates as possible, since that’s how they make money. It solves problems that are present across every other app, with easy scheduling and skipping the awkward small talk. And punishes people for not following through after matching, incentivising mindful swiping without an endless sea of profiles. I never review anything but have to say that this app is so good, I recommend it to all my friends that are dating.
