About

BreezeTracking — Breathe Smarter, Run Better Track your breathing rate in real time while you run. BreezeTracking uses your earphone's microphone to measure breaths per minute (BRPM) as you exercise, giving you insights into your respiratory patterns and running efficiency. Real-Time Breathing Monitoring Simply connect your headphones and start a run. BreezeTracking captures audio through your earphone mic to analyze your breathing rate live — no extra wearables needed. Run Tracking & GPS Routes Full GPS tracking maps your route with start and end markers. View your distance, pace, and duration alongside your breathing data for a complete picture of every run. Breathing Analytics After each run, explore detailed charts and insights: - Breathing rate histogram showing your distribution - Time spent in each breathing zone - Weekly activity summaries - BRPM over time Graded Run Workouts Follow structured workouts with real-time speed guidance. Audio cues keep you on target pace while the app tracks your breathing response at each intensity level, to later give you the BRPM over time with your VT2 (ventilatory threshold). Run History Browse your complete run history with status tracking. Each run stores GPS data and breathing analysis for review at any time. Share & Export Share your breathing data as CSV or export raw sensor files for deeper analysis. Compare runs and track your progress over time. Personalized Profile Set your height, weight, age, gender, and fitness level or lactate threshold so the app can tailor its analysis to you. Stay Informed Read articles and tips about breathing techniques, running efficiency, and how respiratory data can improve your training. Requires Bluetooth earphones with microphone. Works best with Shokz OpenMove for most accurate predictions.
