Breezy making it eazy
I’ve been using Breezy the last few months and I absolutely love it. I am frequently using comps as well as underbuilt which has really leveled up my Listing appointments. I use the notetaker a couple times a week and I love how it syncs to my calendar. I highly recommend Agent to check out the app.

Amazing, quick, and efficient
This app is incredible for high producing agents who are always on the go! I’m always bouncing around showings and appointments and is incredible to be able to produce collateral and material within seconds!
Easy to use and app is constantly updating to be better
I’ve been using Breezy for a few months now and it’s gotten better and better over time with each update. It’s easy to make CMAs on the go when I’m with clients or creating an Underbuilt report to show potential value based on local regulations and zoning. I love that Breezy love the notetaking features which help with keeping track of what’s being discussed and action items.

Being able to pull comps for my clients in seconds—rather than waiting until I’m back at my laptop—is invaluable. I can provide answers and information in real time, which makes me more efficient and, most importantly, more responsive to my clients.
The Underbuilt feature is also incredible, especially when clients are asking questions like, “How much can I build?” “Can I add another structure?” or “If I tear this down, what can I build in its place?” Having that information at my fingertips is a game changer.

Doesn’t know comps
The app says it’s checking coverage when you first log in…but then it has no idea what has sold in my market. Within 5 miles of my own home, it has only three expired listings available to comp. It is not able to comp any home in our market. Also had bad data on properties. Seems like another AI slop dud.

Great app
Breezy has been a game changer for me. I am able to pull comps and send info to buyer and sellers quickly. I also like the other tools and use the AI assistant regularly to capture info that I may have missed. You won’t be disappointed with this app!

Ok at best
Very clunky, the Comps are not very accurate. The organization feels unpolished. Unfortunately, this seems like a program which is more based upon the celebrity of an agent than the quality of a product.

Terrible
Downloaded app just to check it out. I used a house I just closed on for 800k the app told me the estimate was 472k LOL!!! Also did a few more just to check all of the estimate came in well over $100k less than current market rates. Avoid at all cost or it will cost you clients.

Realtor must have
This gives me the confidence that I can answer questions from clients quickly, from how much is my home worth ? To can I buy old an ADU here? And I don’t have to take any notes or think in about how I’m gonna respond to questions during conversations , I can stay present and actually listen to my client because The Note Taker is keeping track of everything said. Try it !!!

Something that simplifies
There’s a million real estate tools out there and most over complicate our business, have insane learning curves or are stupidly expensive (or all of the above.)
Breezy helps to streamline at least some of our chaos.
The Notetaker logs in alongside you in online meetings (and where allowed, instead of you) and has let me literally be in two places at once.
The CMA tool is excellent at throwing out an evaluation right on the spot and has an elegant look that also prints up nicely for those of us that still respect having a personal and tangible touch for our consultations.
Highly recommend for any agent that could use a little sanity in their life.

Where the hell have you been Breezy??
I’ve tried enough real estate tech to know most tools either overpromise or end up creating more work than they solve. I’ve got a graveyard of POS apps to prove it that I’m probably still paying $50 a month for. Breezy is one of the few that actually simplifies how an agent operates day to day. It’s intuitive, easy to use, and pulls comps, notes, client follow-ups, and pipeline into one place in a way that matches how you actually work. You’re not jumping between platforms or forcing a system to fit your process. It was totally built by someone who understands the business at a practical level. It focuses on doing a few things really well avoiding being a “jack of all trades, master of none. I’ve already seen the impact. I picked up a land listing because I was able to use Underbuilt on the spot to answer a developer’s questions in real time. And just as important, the team behind it is responsive and easy to work with, patient and enthusiastic about the product. It’s a must have to stay competitive.

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed using Breezy as another tool in my real estate toolbox. It helps me throughout my business day with comps, note-taking and quick access to the information I need on the go and literally seconds. I highly recommend adding breezy to your real estate toolkit!
CMAs and Note Taker are my Hero!
My favorite parts of Breezy are the CMAs that I can do on the go and easily send over to clients and the AI note taker helps me organize all my thoughts and voice notes, so so helpful!
