Horrible
Can’t tell you how many times I’ve been locked out of my account and had to call the help center. Doesn’t happen with any other bank/card I have. I get you need security but this has costed me $$ in overdraft fees. Will be switching banks because of this app.
App doesn’t work
I’ve uninstalled and re-installed the app and every time I get an error. Also the website version doesn’t load either. Really bad issue.
Accessibility
This is THE worst app. When you get your escrow notice it says to hit the link to “online documents” which is very vague. By the time you find the spot you’re looking for, you search and search, and even in the details, you can’t find where to move money to get into your escrow account. This is a problem every single year. I can’t even find how to access the part where you adjust your mortgage payment.

Frustrated
I have always been happy with Bremer Bank, but this new app is not compatible with my phone. Now I have no access to my online banking. My phone is updated as much as it can be.
Glitchy. Poor search feature
I thought I liked this new app, but quickly realized that it glitches often, and the specific search feature is basically useless. One of the things I like about it is the ability to deposit checks into my account. Otherwise, not a big fan.
