All the negative reviews are right; this app is broken. Can’t even select date/time for movie. This app just doesn’t work

Not Working

Just downloaded the app and it’s not working. I had to delete it. It’s a blank white screen when it downloads and you open it. Any idea when this will be fixed?

Nothing happens

The app doesn’t work. Not even a little bit. It just shows a blank white screen when you click on it. I went into my local theater and asked them how I could use my rewards account and they were able to look it up by my name and phone number. I showed them that the app wasn’t working and they didn’t seem to care or try to ask a manager for assistance or anything. I downloaded and deleted the app multiple times and still no success with making it work.

I just joined the rewards club and downloaded the app but it’s just a white screen, the app doesn’t work

Useful Non Working App

What’s the point of having the app on the App Store if people can’t download the app. I see a white screen that’s it. Useless.

Do you need the App to use the Rewards Program?

I'm only giving one star just to get a response. I will change it, once my question is answered.

I want to join the Rewards program but if it requires using the app, it's not worth it. The app doesn't even open. It's just a blank, white screen. And I have deleted and reinstalled it a few times and still nothing.

So, do you need the App to use the Rewards Program?

Waiting for my Location

My location has been open for 26 years and still do not have an update app. Now have to pay an un-convenient fee each time to use through Fandango. Very disappointing.

My theater apparently doesn’t exist

The theater of brenden closest to me that’s been there for decades says it’s not ready so what’s the point of downloading this app
