Once again it’s locked out anyone with an older phone. So much for sustainability.

I have never seen or tried to use such a pile of pooh. Did anyone bother to try this on all platforms? Awful!
Dysfunctional App
Signed up as an overseas member with my wife and son so that we can apply for tickets to a home game in November whilst visiting the UK. Apart from the horrible, non-intuitive layout of the App, it continually logs me out and has no provision for overseas ballot applications, despite an email being sent that says ballots are now open. I am now logged out and cannot log back in! Go to the website via a browser and the same errors occur. Follow the ballot application link on the email and it says I am ineligible for tickets. A dysfunctional interface on all fronts.

Can’t validate account
Installed app but can’t setup account to buy tickets… email verification code is needed but never gets sent. Have tried with different email accounts, friends have tried too. It’s just not working. No tickets :’(
Useless
I have been a season ticket holder for 7 years and the prem have decided to change the ticketing system fine. The problem is the app is absolutely useless my dad can’t transfer my season ticket to me and I’m planning on going to the villa cup game and my dad tried to send the ticket to me when I tried to accept it it said there has been an error so I tried to decline it and once again said there was an error. Also the fan number feature is useless as you can’t even find the number. This is deeply upsetting to see how the club treat there fans.

Frustrating
Since the update, because I don’t have ios17, my Bees app is frozen and won’t let me access it in any way. Downloaded every other PL League clubs’ app and every one of them will let me access their pages. So the only app I can’t look at or use is my own club’s. Thanks Brentford.

Diabolical. Ended my match day support
I’ve been going to Brentford since 1982 - between 10 and 20 games a season depending on my life commitments.
This app has ended my match going experience. My iPhone has iOS 16 not 17 so unless I get a new device I can’t support my team.
So match going is dead to me. I am forced to watch on TV. I’m sad about this.
Maybe when I can afford a new device I’ll come back….or maybe not.

Will not update!
App tells me an update is available, but doesn’t update. Can’t get past this.. will have to uninstall and the reinstall!

Unfortunately the 24/35 update is a huge regression on the previous experience. Please revert this asap.
Started crashing...
Was a mainstay for match days and keeping up with news. Has just started crashing on startup every time. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, still the same. iOS 17.4.1. Help devs!
Won’t let you see other team fixtures
Last season you could click on any team in the premiership table and see the fixtures (and scores). They’ve take this feature away… why 👎
App not fit for purpose
I cannot get into my ticketing account through the app at all. I have deleted the app on more than one occasion and it worked intermittently.
I have spoken to at least two different people at the club office who say there is no problem. I have done everything I can think of my end to try and sort the issue. I’ve asked the ticketing office staff to pass on messages in the hope I can get this sorted, all to no avail. This has all started since going over to ticket master. Is there anyone, anywhere that is prepared to help me resolve this issue or am I going to miss out on tickets etc. because at this point for me it’s not fit for purpose?

This same problem keeps happening with this app. The app will show four or five recent news stories, then there is a gap of around two weeks in the stories. This is very poor. If I want to know what is happening I go to the website.
