They automatically reset passwords and Face ID doesn’t work
Every month or so they seem to reset your password and Face ID no longer works so you need to call them every month to get you back in.
Very inconvenient. I’ve lost out on months of interest because I couldn’t get into online banking.

Brentwood bank is the best bank that I have dealt with in my 45 years in business. They really know how to handle small business. They do it right. After dealing with PNC for 25 years it was a breathe of fresh air dealing with Brentwood. They make you feel like you are one of the family and not just a number like at those larger banks. I tell everyone that is going to look for a loan for a house, car, or business to check out Brentwood and you won't be disappointed.
