Orders always cancel, “store closed”
I really love the pizza here and I would love to order it again but the app doesn’t allow orders citing store currently closed. I have my pizza choice saved on the app and the app allowed a 1 to 1 substitution for any topping with no additional cost, the website charges per additional topping even when removing others.
Also, the app seems to have a totally different account management algorithm because the website doesn’t recognize my account. Super frustrating. I waited 4 months before writing this review to give them time to correct the mistake but it still hasn’t happened.

New version payment bug
New version doesn’t allow me to use my existing stored credit card. Repeatedly errors saying to choose a payment method even though I selected my credit card and there’s a green check mark next to it.
Great app for a great pizza place
Everything about Brenz is 5 stars. From the pizza to the store to the app to the hot cashier this place is lit.
Awesome
The app is convenient and easy to use. This is the best pizza I’ve had in Ohio, hands down. A customer loyalty program of some sort would be a nice perk!
