Shiny useless junk - idream 5s
Great website and marketing but the product itself is a shell. The app is a joke. Yeah it connects but there’s like 8 functions. It’s an app for children or the elderly. Do not buy this thing.
iDream5S Head Massager
I connected to the app and it worked perfectly. The only thing I wish they had taken it one step further to be able to play my soothing music directly into the speakers on the massager. If it does this, I haven’t figured this out yet. My Bluetooth is connected for sure. But all in all it’s a great app and has adjustment’s easily accessible rather than fumbling with settings on the massager. 🙌🏻

Interface is buggy and doesn’t work. Bought a 400$ head massager device is even worse. Do not buy this product unless it 80-90% off.

A very frustrating app
The app isn’t great to start with in the first place,still it managed to connect my head massager to my iPad for a good few months.
Then disaster struck when I had my iOS update early May 2021 then updated the app itself. Since then, even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app, the app just shut down to its own accord once connection is established.
Pretty poor as I now have no way to customise the pressure or stop the music from playing when I want to. Not ideal.

Agreement is only in Chinese?
I won’t agree to anything if I can’t read it.
Can’t figure out instructions.
Although this item seems to work well as a neck massager, there are no instructions on how to adjust through the different settings. I cannot seem to get any heat and I also cannot figure out how to turn it off manually. It seems to have to run until the automatic shut off after ten minutes time. The app is worthless. Horrible interface and application.

Please add iPad support with landscape mode
I use my iPad for 95% of the things I do at home. It's always in landscape mode because it's a larger model. Please add landscape mode support to the app. Otherwise it's just annoying to use.

Terrible app, wouldn’t even let me sign up and I never receive verification code after I type in my number...

Decent app!
It’s good app for my new wowo s hand massager. I was able to figure out what all the different modes do. I can change the timing. I can customize what I want for each hand.
The thing I don’t care about, It’s that it disconnects right after it’s finished when I don’t have the app open on my screen, but it’s open in the background. It would be great if they fixed that.
I mean it does have a record that I have that device but I don’t like that I reconnect it and a mode is already starting before I choose.
It’s useful but it needs some improvement.
Also, since I opened that app, now I need the app to choose the heater option.
Hopefully if I customize it for both hands, it won’t be a problem.

Unnecessary Barriers
Can’t use without personal "verification". May return the idream5 because one is unable to control, turn off the music, or engage key features without it.

And they’re only on Chinese. But on screenshots I see, that at least English version is exist.
