New Feature: Coffee Brew Timer! Time is an important aspect of brewing delicious coffee, which is why I've added a simple brew timer. Keeping track of time enables you to determine whether you should make adjustments to grind size, or how fast/slow you're pouring the water. For example, if you brewed a Chemex for one minute too long (Chemex has a recommended brew time of 4 minutes), then you would know to coarsen your grind or increase pour speed.
