About

Brew Logger helps you keep a simple, private record of your coffee and track how caffeine moves through your body over the course of a day. Log every brew Tap a preset to log a drink in seconds, or create a custom entry with your own name, volume, and caffeine amount. Attach coloured tags to organise your brews however you like - by origin, mood, or occasion. See your caffeine picture A real-time chart estimates how much caffeine is still active in your body, based on a first-order half-life model. View the curve for any day, browse peak levels across a week, and check weight-based metrics like estimated load (mg/kg) and concentration (mg/L). Personalise with Apple Health Optionally connect Apple Health so Brew Logger can read your age, biological sex, and body weight. These values adjust the half-life estimate, daily reference limits, and concentration calculations to better reflect your individual profile. Everything still works with sensible defaults if you choose not to connect. Track your habits Daily volume, daily caffeine, and brews-per-day charts cover the last 14 days so you can spot trends at a glance. The Highlights tab tracks your current coffee streak and coffee-free streak. Make it yours Create and customise presets with your favourite drinks, set the icon, tint colour, volume, and caffeine for each one. Build a library that matches the way you actually drink coffee. Private by design All data stays on your device. Brew Logger has no accounts, no third-party analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no cross-app tracking. There is nothing to opt out of because there is nothing collecting your data in the first place. Please note: caffeine estimates are informational and based on general pharmacokinetic models. They are not medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional guidance.
