Stuck on the loading screen

I’ve had the game downloaded for a while but every time I try to play it, it crashes on the loading screen. I’ve kept it and try again every few days in hopes that it’s just a bug that will get fixed but even after a few updates it still won’t work. I would love to give the game 5 stars since it looks great but since I can’t even open it 1 is the best I can do. I will keep trying just in case and hope I can change my review in the future.
