Doesn’t match the menu at the table
The app menu doesn’t match the menu at the table, nor drinks that you always have. You can’t add wings as a side anymore (WTAF!).
Needs a search function
Too difficult or impossible to find some of the items on the paper menu. Desperately needs a way to search.

Guest drinks rarely on the app, app is clunky, when quiet it’s quicker to interact with human staff as it’s so painfully slow.

The username and password I use for the website doesn’t work in this app. This means I cannot access my shareholder discount.. thanks BrewDog :(
Lost my discount
Where has my discount gone? I cannot see it anywhere
App lacks improvements and difficulties logging in
Password not accepted for no apparent reason. Password reset does not work as no notification passcode is sent to reset. Besides this considering how much use I expect this app gets there is little to no investment in improving it which is a shame. The in bar experience could and should be so much better for a company such as this it just does not meet expectations.

I’m giving this two stars because it seems it may be useful. However it doesn’t update with the newest bars. Belfast is still missing from the list.

Discount Gone with new app
Poor migration path, no idea how to get a discount despite my shares and using the same email from the website. A shame.
Keeps logging me out
Annoying app, keeps logging me out meaning I have to mess about when trying to get my discount at a bar
Totally broken.
404 on log in. Tells me the password that works on the website is invalid. And they have broken the other app so I can no longer show my card to get the discount and my physical card fell apart so I can’t use that either.

We booked a table for 4 and our dog Cody to watch the England Denmark game.
The team were so welcoming, had water, treats and blankets ready when we arrived and made such a fuss of Cody, even adding him to the Paws of Fame. Drinks and Food were great as always. Highly recommended :-)

Utter garbage. Woefully out of date and therefore completely pointless and useless.

App is ok, but clunky but works and does what it needs to.
Updates on orders through push notifications.
EFP discount applied too which is nice.
Main issue is tips are applied automatically and difficult to remove. A bit too sneaky for my liking to be honest

Finding pub in app…
Could be easier… why not stick to alphabetical order for pub location. One would have thought London Waterloo is at the bottom or in London

Like to tip good service but for poring a pint ? Usually tip even so but under my own terms
