About
Pour the water, listen to the bloom, wait. Pour-over coffee asks for your attention, and Brewed is built to keep you company for those three minutes without stealing the show.
Open the app, pick your brewer, pick your recipe. Scale on one side, kettle on the other, the phone tells you only what you need to know right now: how much water to pour, when to stop, how long until the next step. The timer keeps running even when you set the phone down, and a Live Activity on the Lock Screen keeps track of your brew while you reach for the cup.
Inside Brewed you'll find five pour-over brewers: Hario V60, Kalita Wave, Chemex, Origami and Hario Switch. Each one comes with a small library of recipes: time-tested classics like the Rao Method, Tetsu Kasuya's 4:6 and the April Brew Guide, sitting alongside newer techniques built specifically for Switch and Origami. Every recipe is dialed in for ratio, grind and timing, so the first time you brew it you already know where to look when you want to push it further.
And once the coffee is in the cup, the Journal remembers it for you: every brew lands on a calendar heatmap, with its parameters, grind and tasting notes. Page through the months, reopen a session, and if you forget to log one you can backfill it on the right day.
When you feel like understanding what's in the cup, there's the Learn section. Origins and processing, roasting, grinding, and a glossary for the day someone drops "bypass" or "TDS" into the conversation and you want to actually know what they're talking about.
Available in five languages. No account, no ads, no tracking. Brewed lives on your phone and does one thing: it helps you make better coffee.
