Makes you login every time
Very annoying that it makes you login constantly. It used to not behave this way. Probably related to an Apple update. It would be nice if the app was updated to avoid this.

You guys need to update this app more because it is SO slow and laggy. Also, why can’t I delete my account?

Multimillion dollar business, and the app is not a good representation of the brand. Please invest some time/money/expertise into making the app seamless and you’ll reap dividends in the end. Otherwise, remove the app entirely

What a gimmick
This is so dumb. Just look at my GD ID and let me order a beer like EVERY OTHER RESTAURANT.
Beer history missing
The app knows how many credits I’ve got, and if I have it email me my beer history then that is complete, but the app itself has none of my history so it can’t find new beers for me.
What happened to my beer history!
All the beers I have had are now gone!
Why screw with it?
As a long time Brewniversity member I have relied on many different versions of the app. Each version over the last year or more just makes it worse. Tried using the app this morning to plan an outting to watch USFL football but cannot see my beer history and cannot tell which beers I have already had. Speaking as one of many Chancellors I expect better.

App Update unsuccessful
Getting login error for the last month (version updated)…deleted old app version and went to App Store and opened new version…the app opens but does not install on my phone…what a pain! Fix your code so new versions update and install properly.
Incredibly poor app
Not user friendly. If I want current information I have to reboot my phone and log in again. App on my iPhone gives me different info than app on my tablet. Taco Mac should be embarrassed to put such a poor, dysfunctional app out under their name.
Cannot log into account or reset password
I have tried for two weeks to log into and/or reset my password. The app continues to shut down, does not accept my saved password, or will not let me reset my password. Barkbark1974
This app was great at first
This app was great at first being able to log in to my account and being able to see the wide variety of beers.
Then on my.next visit to TacoMac it wouldn't let me log in to my account, despite having my log in information saved, and having the same account for several years. This app just does not recognize my user info. And just will not let me log in. The employees can look me up my information in the restaurant, but the app just does not recognize my email at all, despite me recieving promotional offers from tacomac to the same email address I've always had; it just does not recognize my email address. This is increadibly frustrating. What gives app developers?
