Credits icon scares me
I opened this game months ago to find that in the credits section, a literal insect up close scared me. Change this icon to a tree picture
Could add the South American Amazon Rainforest?
I dont think I could zoom in South America. Could you add that in the next update?
On IOS 15.7.2 video don’t play anymore
Bought wonders of the Universe and fall in love with the beautiful contents and interface of that app. I think this app will be as wonderful as the others great apps.

Videos not working
This app used to be excellent and would have merited five stars. However now none of the videos are working (they have to be streamed as they have not been downloaded on the device). It does not appear any attempt is being made to rectify this. Truly appalling customer service.

Absolute rubbish
Tested on iOS 10 and iOS 12 iPad and iPad Pro. I had hoped that a big company like HarperCollins would sort out the fact that previous purchasers have complained that the videos don't stream on this app or their other Brian Cox app. Without the videos the app is just a bunch of fancy graphics to swipe around. Don't buy this app until you see that it's been updated since Jan 25 2019.
This app promoses much and should be absolutely superb with Professor Brian Cox presenting the BBC videos. Unfortunately after waiting 5 minutes for the videos to stream and no video appearing, the app is virtually useless.
The app should be removed from the app store until the developers have rectified the problem, which seems to have been going on for several months now.
These comments apply to both the Wonders of Life and Wonders of the Universe apps. I have purchased both and tested them over several days, in the hope they would start working. They were tested on iOS 10 on an iPad 4 and iOS 12 on an iPad Pro 12.9.
If you try to report a problem to Apple from the link on your invoice, you just link to the massive Harper Collins website where there is nowhere to report a problem.
I would like to request a refund since the app does not function correctly and there is no way to rectify the problem.

Problem with streaming
I purchased this app yesterday, after using Wonders Universe for several months with great pleasure. Unfortunately, something happened with streaming , which doesn’t work. Please help to solve the problem. Thank you !

This app takes into Africa and tells you about things you NEVER thought was alive . Biology has always been my favourite but this goes into way more than I expected. Anyway keep it up amazed and make sure you keep making more apps!!!!!
Wonders of life
Die app bleibt beim ersten Video hängen und alle anderen Videos funktionieren nicht mehr (streaming wird angezeigt, aber nichts passiert) - meine internet Verbindung ist sehr gut und andere Streaming Videos laufen problemlos. Das könnte man also noch besser machen !
Streaming Video Does Not Play
I would rate this app a 5. However, the streaming video does not play. I was looking forward to watching the videos and imagined the videos as the icing on the cake. Without icing, who wants to eat the cake. Without being able to watch the videos, I really do not feel like bothering with the app. Fix the videos, and I’ll “fix” my rating to a 5.

Los videos no cargan
Al parecer Harper Collins, el desarrollador de la app, ha dejado de dar servicio de streaming. El resto de la app va bien y es bonito, pero no deja de ser un poco timo.

Update: thank you!!! For taking forever to fix your app so I can finally enjoy it on my iPhone. Please update for Apple TV. This should be done as a thank you for taking our hard earned money and doing nothing with the app until now to allow us to enjoy this wonderful app.
