Unsettling Ball Speed Increase?
I have been playing this for years and thoroughly enjoyed it—even paid for the premium version with removed ads. Recently, I came back to playing it and it seems like the initial ball speed has increased significantly. I preferred this game over all other similar games because of its look and feel. Now, to me, it’s no longer relaxing to watch/play. If I am correct that the speed increased, I would like a control to go back to the classic speed. I tried to suggest this on the PuzzleOne Studios site, but I was unable to interact with the customer service platform in English, so I put my suggestion here.

Ads for power ups freezes game
I’ve been playing this game daily for idk how long now. The recent update has two things that i don’t like which makes me ready to delete this app entirely. 1) the selling of my information. Yes I’ve opted out but the thought of it still bothers me. 2) when i tap to watch and ad to get a power up like the gold balls the ad plays and then says reward granted but nothing happens. The app freeze and i have to force close the app. So essentially they’re having us watch ads and not getting the rewards.

Why does the app need to know my date of birth. Seems strange. I’ve been playing this for years and all of a sudden they want to know my birthdate. Nope.
Game freezes!!!
Game keeps freezing when the ads start (which i already hate that we have to sit through that garbage!!!). I get 3/4 of the way through a level then it decides to just freeze. SO ANNOYING!!!! Giving it a 1 star because of this.

It’s a great game, and would have given it five stars, but I wish the developers would put in a “confirm” button for the power-ups. There have been so many times where I’ve accidentally brushed one of the power up buttons and spent coins that I didn’t need or want to spend. Just a simple pop-up like “are you sure?” to confirm the action would be great.
