Won’t process payment

The app used to let me make orders and now The last 8 times I have tried using it the app keeps giving an error when I click on “submit order”. There was an error processing your payment and then when I try it again it says “you just placed an order a moment ago, please try again in a moment”. This just keeps cycling over and over and apparently I’m the only one this is happening to. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice now as well as asked the business about it twice and they have no idea. Very annoying
