Why does it look like that?
I scanned a toy and it looks like mush. Meanwhile, the video shows somebody scanning a whale plushy and it looks awesome. What did I do to deserve this!?

Scanning does not work
I was super excited for this app to come out but now that they’ve finally released it I have to say I’m very disappointed. The biggest issue is trying to scan an item. The whole point of the app is to scan something so that it can be turned into a lego set, but it doesn’t even work. I followed all of the instructions & best practices—good lighting, dimensions, distance etc—to get a good scan. Then I started the scan & circle around the item 5 times… nothing happened. I tried re-scanning three more times & got no results each time. Very disappointing. The app is a first version release right now so I hope they can improve it. I’d love to change this to a positive review in the future.
