Very bad app

This is a very shady and very bad app, I’m trying to register but ya’ll said my email address is being used, by who, this is fraud and someone is using my email address with out my permission I will be reporting this app to apple for theft.

Best App

This is the ONLY app that meets my needs for my Lego collection. I use it everyday. It's my go to Lego app. I don't know of another app that does all the things this one does. There are others that can do some of the things needed but none do it all. Thank You. App owner!

Really like the App….But

I love the app actually, but ya need to fix the issues with it freezing. I will lock up or freeze constantly and then takes it a anywhere from 30 sec to more than a min to unfreeze and allow you to continue. Only to do the same thing again shortly there after. It’s annoying.

Glitch

I really want to love this app. It is so helpful. But, I can never open the app and search for something without it glitching. If this was fixed I would easily give five stars.

Nicht so stabil

Die App sieht gut aus und es sind alle Sets zuhaben aber es stürzt immer ab , da muss noch was an der Performance gearbeitet werden.

Amazing App

At first I was keeping all my Lego instructions on binders, but now that I found this app I don’t have to flip through page after page. I haven’t found any bugs so far with the app.

PLEASE FIX APP

This is a great app for keeping track of your LEGO sets and minifigures maybe even the best, BUT it has SOOO many bugs and errors. Now the first error happens whenever I try to look at my minifigures the app crashes EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! I’ve tried deleting the app and redownload in it but it has done nothing to resolve the problems. Another issue I have with the minifigure section is when I used to be able scroll down to a certain figure, for some reason, the random figure crashes the app whenever I scroll past it. Two more problems happen in the set section. Whenever I scroll down to a certain year of sets and I try to scroll back up to get to the search bar it automatically scrolls back down WAY farther than I want it to. The last problem only happens sometimes. When I’m looking at my collection of sets ever so often it will glitch and cause the sets to all be squished together. It’s hard to explain but it definitely should not be happening and all these bugs have been happening for years PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD FIX THESE ISSUES!!!

Hi, I can see you are using version 1.3.4 which is really old. Can you to update to 1.5.0 or older? Version 1.3.4 is from 2020. Also note this app is a side project and not my job, so if you want to help, please provide nice feedback, you will get better results.

Much improved

This is the best app for quickly accessing your collection on Brickset and adding to it without needing to go to the website directly. The interface is nice and the pictures of each set are fantastic. The interface for quickly accessing the instructions for each set is great.

This app had some issues when it was first released but has been much improved with the newest version. The interface is a little slow when first opened, but recovers and becomes fairly responsive. This is very much improved from earlier versions. Kudos to the developers for recognizing an issue and correcting it.

Going forward, it would be great if the app allowed for sets to be sorted by theme and year, with an alphabetical list of all themes the way the Brick by Brick app used to do it. It would also be great if they could add a way to quickly select a specific collectible minifigure series so collectors could more easily track which minifigs they needed to complete the series.

Keep up the good work and I look forward to seeing this app becoming better and better.

Hi, The Brickset API is not really sable these days, it saw some lags too but search works perfectly fine if you press "Enter". But even like this, it take less than 10 seconds. So perhaps try in a different network or newer phone. The keyboard is managed by Apple, I can't do anything on keyboard delay. But It's also unacceptable to complain about a free and open source application like you do too. Next time try to help instead of complaining. Cheers

Great app….when it works!

I love this app. I use it every time I buy new LEGO sets and update my collection. However, the past few days, when I click on the search bar nothing happens. It won’t allow me to type anything in. Such an inconvenience! But, other than that it’s a great app.

Really helpful

There is a lot of Brickset app, this one is simple and I can easily add or edit my Lego Collection. If you have issues don’t hesitate to ask to the dev, he is open to ideas!

1.3 updated caused app to crash constantly

1.3 update caused our app to not be able to let us log in. Wife and I really like the app but looks like the update 1.3 was not fully ready and frustrating.

App constantly tells us “login failed! Bad user or password”

Have downloaded over and over. Verified password on brickset.com and have the other brickset apps… nothing works now. Be cautious with this product.

Hi Gunner, Sorry for the inconvenience: The issue was caused by Brickset, the Brickset service was down. The issue is now fixed by Brickset and the app should works normally. Also I have update the app to 1.3.1 so know it shows you when the Brickset service is not working, the app will tell you and behaviour like offline (you can consult but not edit). I'm happy you enjoy the app with your wife, if you really like it, please update your review, it will be great. Remember the app is free and non-profit, I do it on my spare time for my AFOL friends and I, so take this in consideration. Have a nice day!

A Hidden Gem!!!

I am an adult Lego fan with a couple hundreds of sets, so I use Brickset website very often to manage my collections. However they don’t have a updated APP which is disappointing. There are other good options available such as BrickSearch but it takes time to keep two separate lists and they are not as detailed as Brickset. I searched best Lego collection APP and found out Brickset recommends Brickie.

Although the APP rating is not high, there is no harm to try out and it turns out work very well! By entering my Brickset account info, all my hundreds of collections showed up. I didn’t encounter any issue when switching tabs or any menu buttons. And the UI looks great too! My only suggestion for now is to add a descending function for sorting by number of pieces, it seems to be defaulted as ascending. Or may be I didn’t find it.

I appreciate all the hard work from the developer for this non profit project. Thank you and hope you can make this better and the gem will shine bright!

How a free and non-profit app can be a scam? So please, can you elaborate the "you can't have name"? But this does not deserve a 1 star review. The app is free and non-profit. I do this for pleasure. If the app is not made for you, uninstall it and there is plenty of other Brcikset app on the store.

Good concept, but there’s bugs

After having the app for an hour or so, it started to crash every time I went from set to minifgure sections. Please fix!

Note: The problem is solved. It was a data malformed by the API. Should work fine now. If you enjoy the app, can you update you review? This app is non-profit (free, no ads, no data) and I do it on my spare time for my AFOL friends. Take this in consideration.
