ダイヤが消失する
ゲーム自体は非常に楽しいのですが、ダイヤが2万を超えたあたりで急に1700程へと激減してしまいます（これで4万程消えている）

Game broken
The option to unlock three lines is always greyed out and is no longer an option to help through harder levels. Also to watch videos to get free gems.
All the progress lost
I am playing this game since 2021, I have cleared 1405 levels, I was always playing daily challenges, but from past one month I am not getting any daily challenges. So I uninstalled and re installed the app, but to my amaze my all progress got lost. Please help!!

Too many ads
Loved this game for years until recently adding so many ads before and after rounds. The ads make me not play.
Unnecessarily complicated inquiry process
I’ve been playing this game for YEARS. I had to get a new phone & I turned on the game & all of my “achievements” are still listed but the game has started me at level 1 again… I tried to make an inquiry about the issue but realized a lot of unknown information is MANDATORY to even submit an inquiry. It asks for a UID but doesn’t say where to find that information or what it is, it also asks for your nickname… there’s MULTIPLE people online apparently searching for the same answers. So I guess I’ll just be deleting the game, as I won’t be starting all the way from the beginning.

Great game
Great game but you cannot even go to the next level without a minute of ads. I find myself force closing the app whether I win or lose because it takes 60+ seconds to do anything.
Sorely disappointed
I’m on level 1162 of the main game and have really enjoyed it but recently the 15 sec ads have become 60 seconds and now some are just being repeated 3 or 4 times. The one ad from YesPlay actually puts my phone into a loop between the ad and the app store, no way to get out so I have to close the game. When your ad revenue becomes more important than your players I step away. I really hope you can sort your ad vendors out but until then I won’t be playing anymore.

Broke recently
The game is fun and I made it all the way to level 699. But something happened recently where if you use the ad feature to continue a run, the ad becomes impossible to close. Hitting the x doesn’t work and I have to close the app entirely which resets my level progress and I have to start over.

Glitchy
I know you will say you have to have ads. Too many and the length of them are extreme. I do love the game and if you insist on all the ads, please have ones that don’t lock the game up. And if you don’t make up for losing out on something that was supposed to happen when watching stupid redundant ads then there’s no sense playing the game

The 4-5 minute ads is beyond ridiculous. Make that $$ with the ads but shorten them up.
Great game with most ads ever
I've share the sentiment with many others here. I've played the game for years and love it but the ads have gotten out of control. I would buy an ad free version in a heartbeat. Otherwise, they're just pushing me to find a different game.
Way too many ads.
The developer of this game got too focused on revenue and is forcing as many intrusive unskipable ads as possible to the point the game is more ads than game. I’m giving up on this app. It used to be good. Also the aim cursor is misaligned and the balls don’t actually go where the cursor points.

I used to play this game all the time. Now after each level attempt you get the longest most annoying ads. What happened? So I go see how much it cost to remove the adds……. 10 BUCKS a week? I’m not paying 40 dollars a month to play this game. Soooooo many games out there very similar to this one and they are free.

The first 40 or so levels have few ads. Afterwards there are so many ads. Ana super long ones.

Paused the game to take a call, when I tried to resume the game, it spammed my internet browser and attempted to make 400+ calls the game’s support number.
