I try to open an existing pbn file but it just says “not found” without giving us a chance to import from “Files” or elsewhere or say where it is looking for the pbn file

I purchased this expecting it to be to open my PBN files I have from previous games I downloaded the file but there is no way to open it in the application or find it in the application
I feel I have been conned
