Good start!
I suggest number of overtricks (positive and negative) rather than the number of tricks at the bottom. I also suggest a clear button, which clears the selection of suit, etc., and sets the overtricks to zero. If double is set redouble should be unset, and vice versa. Also, why have a Pass button.
