Bridge to Another World: Fate of the Seasons by LynxMinx

This series is the absolute crown jewel of all of the Friendly Fox series! I can promise you, my friends, that this game will thrill you and heighten your enjoyment of gaming. You play as protagonist Amanda, whose late father Alaric was an author obsessed with the elven world. Lo and behold, you travel through a portal to this world, which you thought was a figment of your father’s imagination. However, strange weather anomalies are plaguing this alien planet. You must assist the Elven King, Failenor, to save both this world and earth from destruction via these freak weather deviations, as well as an evil villain. You will then find out who you really are! Also, what actually happened to your late father? Journey into the bonus chapter and find out. Of course, you are treated to an incredible gimmick (no, I’m not telling you what it is) by the master of fantasy, Friendly Fox. The gadget is designed to allow the storyline to unfold piece by piece, and as you learn more, remarkable and breathtaking events occur. If you love traveling through portals to enchanting worlds, this game is the one for you! This gorgeous gem of an adventure offers everything a player could desire in a game: exquisite graphics, an engaging and heartwarming storyline, length, and a fabulous variety of HO scenes and mini-games. There are a plethora of interesting and unusual tasks to accomplish. For newer players unsure of what to do, you have a strategy guide. The mini-game instructions are actually very clear. Friendly Fox games are very interactive and enable you to utilize brainpower. If there was no challenge, it wouldn’t be quite as entertaining. I can tell you that this game is a fantastic and exciting blockbuster! Just purchase, play and enjoy the adventure! Happy gaming, everyone.

This “Fate” is Golden!

What an extraordinary adventure you will take, as it’s one filled with magical creatures, enchanted landscapes, and invigorating hustle and bustle. You must display strength and vitality in putting an end to the turbulent forces of nature ravishing the worlds, as well as restore balance between the humans and elves. Throughout your perilous journey, you will engage with charismatic creatures that provide aid in some way: you get to ride a winged cat-like hybrid; play with whimsical dragons; and chase around mischievous, fairy-like gremlins. The storytelling is richly developed through discovering snippets of scattered reading materials, such as personal journals. You will travel through diversified environments that will pique your imagination, such as a uniquely structured village, with homes highly perched within huge trees, set within a dark, desolate forest. You will participate in stimulating gameplay, such as concocting magical potions and fighting off a mysterious villain who steadily thwarts your objectives. You will use your critical thinking skills to solve unrelenting predicaments while playing engaging hidden object scenes and challenging puzzles. As far as the puzzles go, I do like challenging ones; however, I’m noticing an uptick in types that are reset over and over again if you make one incorrect move and until you figure out the correct pattern. The path to the solution results in tedious trial-and-error. I prefer to travel through intricate labyrinths and solve cryptic codes. I always appreciate a seamless and glitch-free experience. This is a well-rounded and very entertaining game. I just wasn’t a fan of some of the puzzles. It’s a solid four stars from me.

Bridge to another world: Fate

The graphics and the storyline was awesome. Some of the mini games I had to skip. I respect the designers of the game and the puzzles were very different than previous games, but Some were just overly frustrating for me. Some of the instructions just wasn’t clear enough. Other than that it was a great game.

Older Games Better

The older Bridge to Another World games are more fun. This games doesn’t have as many hidden objects. The mini games are not only frustrating, but if you reset, it starts the skip button all over again. Maybe others like the challenge, but I play for relaxing fun.

Not the greatest

The game was OK. I felt there were many times I didn’t know what I was supposed to do. Instructions were not clear and I had to use a clue (which I don’t like doing). Liked the story and graphics but not worth the money.
