FAQ

What does BridgeBasher do?

BridgeBasher allows you to design your own bridges and then test their strength by simulating their destruction. It uses a sophisticated physics engine to realistically show how your bridges react to various forces and stresses in real-time.

What are the different ways to destroy a bridge in the app?

The app offers several destruction methods. You can use the 'Ball Stack' to see how much weight your bridge can support, the 'Word Test' where increasingly heavy word-trains cross your bridge, or 'Joint Weights' to apply destructive forces with pinpoint accuracy to specific joints.

Is BridgeBasher free to download and play?

Yes, BridgeBasher is a free application. There are no in-app purchases or advertisements mentioned, indicating a completely free experience for users.

How can I see where my bridge is weak?

During testing, the app visually displays the strain distribution across your bridge. Areas under immense strain are colored bright red, while less stressed areas are green. This color-coding helps you identify and fix problem areas in your design.

Can I share my bridge designs with others?

Yes, BridgeBasher provides an easy option to share your bridge designs via email. This allows you to show off your successful creations or share humorous bridge failures with your friends.
