Bridgera TrackMe

Bridgera TrackMe is an operator app for providers of transportation, delivery, safety, and emergency service fleets. The app leverages the location capabilities of the smartphone to broadcast location data to the Bridgera Locate platform upon request from a dispatcher. SELECT THE CLOSEST OPERATOR The Bridgera TrackMe app provides dispatchers with real time visibility of their operator’s start location allowing the dispatcher to select the closest available operator to fill a service request. MONITOR ROUTES The app sends real time route tracking information to the dispatcher providing assurance to the dispatcher that that operator is in route and is nearing the end location. NO ADDITIONAL HARDWARE DEVICES REQUIRED Bridgera TrackMe provides a cost-effective alternative to a vehicle mounted tracking device and eliminates tampering and reliability issues by putting complete control of the tracking capability onto the operator. HISTORICAL TRACEABILITY The solution works particularly well when the operators are independent contractors, similar to ride share services, complete traceability from dispatch through arrival at the service location is collected and maintained. Dispatchers and end customers will now have peace of mind knowing that the requested service is in route. DISPATCHER NOTIFIATION • Single button, direct dial, “contact dispatcher” capability • Slider option to make tracking active or inactive • When tracking is active, operator is accepting requests for their service • When tracking is inactive, operator is off-duty FIND • Operators location and availability is broadcasted to the dispatcher • Dispatcher can select an operator based on name, service function, and closest location • Location described by closest address, geo-coordinates, and URL to Google maps TRACK • Remotely track the operator’s location while in route in real-time • Track and maintain location, route, and speed history • Configurable speed alerts ENTER / EXIT (Geofence) • Automatic notification when operator arrives or departs • Operator or Dispatcher can setup notifications to be sent when they exit or enter a known location • Text and email notification options to be sent to pre-defined contacts CALL CENTER SUPPORT OPTIONS • Bridgera TrackMe supports a network of operators dispatched through the Bridgera Locate platform • Operators must be registered on the platform for the app to enable the Bridgera TrackMe App
