Clumsy, dated
It’s just a bad wrapper over a website. Not a native iOS app, that’s why it’s slow and janky. Should have ability to add my library card to Apple Wallet. The search is terrible (even worse than website since no autocomplete). Really missing basic stuff, this company just had the libraries locked in their system and is collecting rent

Due date notifications?
The ONE thing I need this app for—notifications for due dates—the app doesn’t have logic for.
App not working 10/14
Unable to open the app today. Deleted app and reinstalled it, still not working noticed an update 6 days ago is there an issue with being able to open the app now? Thank you
Getting better
The upgrade to this version lost some nice features, but it appears the developers are working to improve. As an active user, this is appreciated.

I use it all the time. Please change it, so the books that are available and shipped will appear at the top.
New update ruined the app
App was great prior to latest update.
Older version better
I agree with the reviewer who noted it’s harder in a glance to see if a book is in, no longer color coded. Also it does not indicate how many renewals are left, just the most recent date due. (I realize this can change depending if other patrons request the item). You can reach your library card from almost any page but I would prefer other features instead such as keeping book lists of possible future checkouts like we could do in the web version.
I do like the ability to see other libraries in the system more easily and go to their web page and to see today’s hours on the list. It automatically comes up to “your” library for events which is easy to change but you are required to do a few clicks to save your notifications in order to continue, even if you’re just checking out of curiosity.

Update huge downgrade
The new version of the app is a big downgrade from the prior version. Prior versions made it easy to find copies of books available, they were color coded to make searching at a glance easy. Now it shows all the books in or out in the same version of light cream colored. Closes the app when swiping through my kids libraries cards despite updating. Unnecessary change to an app that was great before.
