Nice upgrade to online banking
I don’t usually rate apps, especially bank apps but this has a very clean experience and easy to use. The transition to the new interface was easy. It’s simple just what I need to conduct mobile banking business. Overall great work Bridgewater Bank! Nice upgrade and simple design.

Noah helped me to deposit a check with my cell. He also answered a question about obtaining a cashier’s check. He was very courteous & had patience. I appreciated his kindness!
Horrible
Online banking never works. Every single time I get on I have to change the password which requires a call to the bank and a walk-through and six or seven attempts even though I can see that the passwords match they do not take. I am so sick of this Bank. I've been with them for years, there's no interest of $40,000 checking account, I'm moving to a credit union. Buh-bye.
