Cute and somewhat useful but some things don’t work.

The app doesn’t seem to sync very well with the office system. People at the office don’t see and sometimes cannot even find appointment requests and loyalty redemptions from the app.

Other than that, it’s cute and easy to use. Hopefully the developer will fix whatever backend problems need to be fixed so that it works properly.
