Paid for it years ago but it’s abandoned and has problems
Crashed during a lengthy document edit. Moving on to a newer product - one which will not cost me anything because all devs eventually abandon such projects and they become unstable and washed out.

Need this app update, won’t open anymore, just crashes on my iphone 13! Plz fix, this is a great app to have and store files you don’t want anyone accessing!

Crashes after 14.2 update
It’s a shame this was a handy app. Abandonware? A second re-install and Briefcase Pro now runs. All my carefully uploaded files will need to be put back.
A pity, with a little more TLC this would be 5 stars, but appears to be no longer supported or maintained.

UPDATE! For those having issues!
UPDATE: After using this app for years, it now crashes when I try to open it. Here’s a fix that works for me. I just discovered that if I turn off my WiFi and put my phone in Airplane Mode, I am then able to access my data.
I hope this helps any of you that are struggling with this issue.
This was a great app until it started crashing. I used to use it all the time. Now it crashes every time I try to open it. I deleted and reinstalled. I upgraded operating system. Nothing works. I have important docs I need to access. Developer is unreachable!

File gone. Can I restore it?
Since the last version of this app kept crashing, I had to delete it from my phone and tried to reinstall-install it. Today after I re-installed your app, I found all my original saved files are gone. Is there a way to recover it? Thanks!

Latest IOS update has caused app to crash
Tries to open, but immediately crashes. Can’t get to my documents, and if I uninstall to reinstall, I will lose those documents. Appears to no longer be supported.

Needs an update or it’s abandonware even the internal email address gets returned mail as not available. Hasn’t been updated in 4 years!!
