Work better
Please Fix to be able to lag in with my phone number. It says incorrect phone number. And also update the app or remove it from App Store. Is not fair that android telegram app is better then iOS. Come on you Guys can do better then that. Please work better in this app. And all the other telegram apps for iOS.

Accessible But
This app is nicely accessible, but I've had trouble finding contacts and I've experienced other bugs. Plus, this app has not been updated in a long time! I don't trust apps that are not updated regularly. You need to update the app occasionally to make sure it is secure and that new features are occasionally added. I like to know that the developer has time for the app and still cares about it. I know it's hard for independent developers. However, I don't like to be disappointed. Especially if I've paid for an app or for access to all of its features. i’m adding to my review because I am frustrated with this app. If you don’t have time for the app, please just pull it from the App Store. You’re not doing blind people any favors by never updating the app. We are well into iOS 17 and about to see iOS 18 soon. again, update the app or just pull it from the App Store.

This need updated and needs to stop forgetting i am logged in.
So this app needs an update for the newer os coming out plus just bug improvements like the fact when i tried to contact support it told me to hit the send button twice to activate it all elements have to be done with that method in voiceover. So that is nothing new. The text box with my message still did not clear. Oh and i did not know it had logged me out. So that being said I was not able to use the app because it looked logged in accept my messages werent updating. Furthermore there is no logout button or status change feature. This has nothing i would want mostly in a messenger. If I could code i would code in swift and code from the ground up and not charge to send voice messages and also dictation is flawed here because it kept writing words i wasn’t even saying. And repeatedly writing them.

A wonderful app
I discovered this app just recently and I find it to be accessible and user friendly. It has made my life easier as far as telegram is concerned. Much appreciation and thanks to the developer of this app and I have to say, the five dollar in app purchase is absolutely worth it. Thank you very much again.

Not So Blind Friendly
I used to enjoy using this app, but now I don’t know. I am unable to log in. whereas, before I had no issues at all. Please, I am trying to understand what is going on with the app. I preferred it to the Telegram app because its not blind friendly. However, it is beginning to feel like your app isn’t blind friendly either. Please, fix the inability to log in register with phone. It won’t allow you pass that window. Plus, it keeps saying, “Error incorrect phone number”. No matter what I do. I uninstalled and reinstalled with the same results. Please, do something.

this is a good app, but some issues exist
this is a nice app for telegram, but you cannot get the in-app purchase for sending voice messages, Every time you try and buy it, The app crashes. Other than that, I would use it if the voice messages functionality actually worked. I do not mind paying 5 bucks to the dev if you could actually get it. I know some people don't want to pay for this functionality, but hey, A dev has to eat. Think about the time and efforts that have been put into the app to make an accessible telegram client and put your self in that position. For those who do not want to pay for this, Try making a telegram app your self on iOS and see how far you get.

this app is a money grabber for the blind comunity..
This application does not have any of the newest features like the regular telegram client or even any of the other inaccessible clients have. As far as I can tell, the telegram API hasn’t even been updated to the newest ones. Also, seriously? Charging you for sending voice messages? Literally the most basic feature in every single messaging app? The only reason it was easy for them to add voiceover support it’s because The app already didn’t have that many features. Some developer responses say that they are working to make it better but I haven’t seen anything since then or even before then. This really just seems like a money grab.

I can’t get it to work
I’m totally blind and am glad Bright Guide is the answer to making Telegram more accessible for people like me who use VoiceOver. But every time I enter the login code I get from Telegram, I immediately get an error message from Bright Guide saying “Incorrect password.“ And I even double check the code to make sure I entered it right, but no luck. From what I can see, there’s no field that asks you for a password. It just asks you to enter the verification code that was sent.
I also noticed Bright Guide hasn’t been updated in three months, and I tried sending an email to the developers about this problem. But I haven’t heard back from them yet. If anyone else is experiencing the same problem as me, it’d be greatly appreciated for the developers of Bright Guide to get it fixed.

love this app however
I love this app. however, I've noticed that when someone sends me a message with the regular telegram app it cuts off the end of the voice message. and also I can't play video messages as well. I also get photo messages and it would be great to be able to open them. but other than that and not being able to call I have enjoyed this app so far.

Absolutely accessible!
I would like to say that this app is absolutely accessible! No doubt, this app is simple and easy to use with VoiceOver. Yes, you do need to pay for the voice message feature, but it’s well worth it.
